Operations Partner & Systems Architect
I design operational systems for trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware businesses.
Many healing practitioners, retreat leaders, and thought leaders are deeply skilled at facilitating transformation.
But behind every transformational experience is a large amount of invisible operational work.
Client onboarding, retreat logistics, participant screening, communication systems, scheduling, team coordination, and post-program integration can quickly become overwhelming when these processes are not clearly structured.
In many cases, the entire business exists inside the founder’s head.
This is where I come in.
MY Role
I work as an Operations Partner and Systems Architect, helping healing businesses design the operational structures that allow their work to run smoothly.
Rather than simply offering advice, I work alongside founders and organizations to review how their business currently operates and build the systems that support it.
This work often includes:
• mapping operational workflows
• designing participant journeys from inquiry to integration
• developing screening and onboarding systems
• organizing retreat and program logistics
• documenting standard operating procedures
• improving internal communication systems
• creating post-program integration structures
• helping hire and train support roles
The goal is to transform scattered or founder-dependent operations into clear, documented systems that support both the team and the people they serve.
Operational Design for
Trauma-Informed &
Neurodiversity-Aware Spaces
Many healing spaces are beginning to adopt trauma-informed language.
However, operational systems often do not reflect the realities of trauma-affected or neurodivergent nervous systems.
Without thoughtful design, transformational spaces can unintentionally create environments that feel overwhelming, confusing, or unsupported for participants.
Operational design plays an important role in creating containers that are both transformational and responsible.
My work focuses on embedding trauma awareness and neurodiversity awareness into the actual structure of the business, not just the language used to describe it.
This includes designing systems that support:
• clear communication and expectations
• participant screening and informed consent
• thoughtful onboarding and preparation
• supportive retreat and program structures
• meaningful integration support after intense experiences
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Operational Relief and Business Audit
We begin by reviewing how your business currently operates.
During this phase I may temporarily support operational tasks while observing and mapping the systems that already exist.
This allows us to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas where clearer structure would improve both the business and the participant experience.
You receive a clear overview of your current operations along with recommendations for improvement.
Systems Architecture
Once we understand the current structure of the business, I design and implement streamlined operational systems.
This may include:
• inquiry and sales processes
• participant screening frameworks
• client onboarding systems
• retreat planning workflows
• internal team communication systems
• post-program integration support
• documentation of standard operating procedures
The goal of this phase is to create a clear operational framework that allows the business to function smoothly and sustainably.
Team Support and Hiring
(Optional)
Once systems are in place, many businesses benefit from bringing additional support onto the team.
Rather than assuming a specific role is needed, we identify what type of support would best strengthen the organization.
This may include operations support, guest experience coordination, or communications support.
I can assist with defining roles, hiring the right person, and training them to operate the systems we have developed.
WHO THIS WORK IS FOR
Facilitators who want to streamline retreat planning, participant communication, screening, and integration support.
Founders and educators who want operational systems that align with how their mind and nervous system function.
Organizations that host multiple retreats and need clearer operational infrastructure for facilitators, staff, and guests.
THE OUTCOME
When operational systems are clear and well designed, the entire organization becomes more sustainable.
Founders gain:
• clearer workflows and procedures
• reduced operational stress
• stronger support for participants
• systems that can support growth and scale
• the ability to focus more fully on their core work
Participants benefit from clearer communication, safer containers, and more thoughtful integration support.
